Description: This auction is for one large sterling silver serving spoon in the Saxon pattern by Birks Sterling. (Sorry about all the reflections in my photos , the shiny silver picks up everything from my ceiling fan to anything else.) I have a total of 3 serving spoons for sale in this rare pattern. The spoons are in excellent condition: free of any dents, monograms, bends,dings, or repairs. I have not buffed or cleaned these, I don’t even really see any shallow little scratches on the front that happen to all sterling silver once used, but I do see some on the back of the bowl of the spoon, which I think could be buffed right out. But who in the world is looking on the back of a serving spoon! This is a large serving spoon that measures 8.75 inches in length.
