Description: A used pipe as per the title and photographs which comes from an estate sale. I’m not a pipe-restorer, so the item is sold as it was found (I tend to find that one can often make things worse by attempting to clean an unfamilar item). Consequently there may be traces of old tobacco. The item is robust with no cracks* and the tip has been removed and re-fitted to make sure it isn’t stuck. Please note that the fit of the tip is rather tight, so for cleaning purposes place the pipe in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour and it will then slide out without resistance. There are no dents from teeth, and indeed it looks well maintained (it was found among a collection of pipes in a wall-hung pipe rack, and not stuffed in a drawer). In the photo you may be able to spot some cracks, but this is just cracks in some old tobacco residue and not cracks in the item itself.
