Description: Samantha was received in 2009 and also archived in 2009. She has been re-released in the BeForever line in 2014 but this doll is prior to that release. Samantha’s neck is stamped Pleasant Company. The box label is SDP 0207. She is wearing her plaid meet outfit. Her hair is styled in its original style and is silky and smooth, free from frizz or tangles. Her eyes open and shut without hesitation. She is clean and without stains and comes from a non-smoking home. My daughter received many American Girl dolls throughout the years but only actively played with a few of them in order to preserve the beautiful dolls. Samantha has been opened but has not been played with, therefore making her practically brand new. She was displayed on a shelf and since, has been stored in her box in the closet. She does come with her original box that is in decent condition. We are missing the little bands that hold the dolls inside the box. My daughter is selling some of her collection to raise money to help pay for college. I do have many other American Girl dolls listed (18” and mini’s), so please check them out!
