Red LED works Battery cover and battery bay very good Volume works Play - getting static and we do not have spool movement - the button also isn’t sitting down RWD/FWD no movement or noise Facia panel is coming undone - the double sided tape to attach it is aged - this needs immediate attention- just with me testing it and inspecting it has Gorton worse. The upper left edge of the black window is loose…but the silver facia panel is loose on the bottom edge of the Walkman, the transport mechanism and hinges seem to be in good condition. Just he panel needs re-attachment. My step-father Peter was an avid Walkman collector- believed to have the largest collection in the southern hemisphere at one point; but the time has come to start dispersing the collection to other enthusiasts around the world.
