In both cases boxes weighed less or more than what i shipped out because high end items were removed and replaced with lower quality jewelry or broken jewelry. And to boot, when I called them out on it, they’ll leave a horrible review which says the opposite of all my other reviews. So because of the nature of my Boxes and the many items they contain ( more than 30+ items) , which are impossible to Inventory and those 2 bad apples, i cannot accept Returns anymore Folks.
