Special profile does not interfere stock folding function If you use a 20-30MOA base, most likely the factory OEM cheek riser will be too low for your eye placement. Photo shows a Tikka T3X TAC A1 chambered in 6.5Creedmoor with a 30MOA scope base and a 30MOA scope ring with a total 60MOA cant. Scope is an IOR Valdada Recon with 36MIL elevation adjustment. With this improved cheek riser, one can zero at 100yr while maintaining the total scope elevation adjustment to 35MIL! A high cheek riser comb is a must for any long range shoot using built in MOA scope ring or scope base. With this cheek riser, still maintain OEM look. 100% MADE IN USA! so quality is guarantee! You can reuse the original cheek riser screw and locking knob hardware - just remove the locking rings and screw out the locking knob and install this new cheek riser and you are ready to go! The cheek pad (an extra $15 dollar value included with purchase) is made of a medical grade close cell sponge foam material, originally made and designed as cushioning for the prosthetic industrial. Because of it's chemical property, it is chemical resistant, it does not absorb sweat / oil, it does not smell, it is great for vibration damping.
