Description: Offered is a Pair (#1) of Vintage 1930 postcards (dated by #s at borders of PCs) Honoring "They that go down to the sea in ships" (Psalm 107) and depicting views of The Gloucester, MA Fisherman's Monument (2 views) and an Outward Bound working Gloucester Fisherman. We do have another almost identical lot listed (#2) .... the difference is in the second card offered. * Unused PCs New Old Stock, essentially in "new", Mint condition. The postcards are from the Curt Teich Archives. The cards have been in our possession for approximately 15+ years ... long before the Curteich digitally archived collection found its permanent home with The Newberry Institute. At the time of our acquisition, the Lake County Discovery Museum in IL was the custodian of the company's records, having served in that capacity since 1982. We ship weekdays with the exception of US federal holidays. We will ship with either free shipping or calculated shipping ... it depends on the given scenario. Often, calculated shipping will include insurance - again, depending on the item. Payment is expected at time of purchase or close of auction, whichever is applicable. This also applies to "best offer accepted" transactions. Non-paying purchasers or bidders will be blocked from future transactions. The same goes for winning bidders seeking to have sales cancelled. That said, prior to the end of any auctions, bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of eBay.
