These are marked .0039 uf and are 1kv caps, and they test around .003-.0034 uf. Some have different lettering (see pictures), but I will try to get you a matching pair. Please see my pictures for details and sample test results. US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18, no matter what quantity you buy.
