Clean and clear title in hand. If you are picking it up within that window I can probably leave the keys with the neighbor for you to pick it up or otherwise have them turn off the alarm and open the garage for a transport carrier to pick it up or to have it transported to the Port of Miami. If for some reason the neighbor is also away when you want to pick it up then you may have to wait for me to get back. Storage is free for 30 days assuming you pick it up or have it picked up by the 30th day. If you pick the pickup within 30 days of the listing close, you will pay nothing for storage. However, starting at the 31st day of storage buyer is responsible for storage charges of $125 per day which shall be retroactively calculated to start at the 1st day of storage, which is the day the listing closes in a sale to you. This rule is meant to avoid people trying to take advantage of storage. If you know in advance (before the listing closes in a sale to you) that you will need something like 40-45 days of storage or thereabouts, then contact me and we can work it out with a waiver in advance so you may not have to pay anything for storage. We don't want to collect storage charges from anyone. The purpose of storage charges is not to make money. But rather the storage charges exist to incentivize some bad actors from taking advantage of goodwill and kindness on our part.
