Not only does it have the D/D (D over D) mint mark, it has doubling all around the lettering on the reverse! (See the magnified photos). I was looking at this coin and the doubling in the letters just JUMPED out at me! I was e when I saw this and quickly did some research. The 1961 proof has doubling, however the Denver mint Franklin does not have any information about doubling in the coin features, just the D/D strike.
