One page has an approx. 2.5" tear from the bottom close to the binding. There are a couple other pages that have very small "age" tears from the bottom. One page has been completely torn out and not included. There is some damage on the front of the book on the top left toward the binding. The flocking on the bunnies coat on the cover has been colored over. The colors are bright on the front and back cover. Please see photos. Not perfect condition, but pretty darn sweet, overall! Cute vintage original colored art to frame for Easter!
