Description: About this vehicle 1953 Rolls Royce Silver Dawn Beautiful Car! Original owners purchased new in West Palm Beach in Florida. It was then purchased by a local millionaire and car collector in Charlotte around 1988 who did a complete restoration. The family always affectionately referred to the car as “The Duchess”, as Charlotte is called the Queen City. Their private mechanic that worked on it for him and did the complete restoration, literally bolt by bolt, still works on it today. Leather seats were starting to crack with age and so I just had them completely redone. Brakes were soft and drums were locked up so we completely redid all of those.
