In 1933, the heads of the "Planter" - Ben Ami, Miknes and Ram - founded a company called the "Netanya Sea Shore Development Company" which sold lots in the development area. "Netanya Sea Shore Development Company" was founded in September 1933 with a capital of ten thousand pounds. The purpose of the company is to take full advantage of all the northern commercial and economic possibilities in the excellent geographical situation of Netanya. For this purpose, the company purchased a large area of land covering 2500 dunams, which will be divided into 1150 building lots of different sizes..."
