Description: 1912 Zeenut (PCL) -GEORGE STINSON (Vernon Tigers) "Punched". Tough card with factory done punch hole, the 1912 cards are often found with this punch hole and they were apparently used in some sort of redemption program that the following year would be incorporated into the card design itself as in 1913 they added a Coupon at the base that was to be removed. The Zeenut series of cards was produced every year by the Collins Candy Co from 1911 to 1938, each set contained somewhere between 48 to nearly 200 cards and includes many players that were both future or former Major League players. The 1912 set is one of my favorite of all the Zeenut sets and has some very tough to find cards. Please see scans for condition. Please be sure to ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing.
