Description: ~1908-1910 FOLDING MATTED TODDLER REAL PICTURE POSTCARD - LENHART STUDIO, NORTHAMPTON PA. Cute toddler photo taken after 1908, approximately to 1910 by Thomas Lenhart. Photo itself is 3 x 5", with folding mat is 4.5 x 7.25". Back of photo has minor typical post card print (see pic). This post card trend became commonly available from 1900-1920. Around 1900, the standard cabinet card died out as well, being replaced by different kinds of photos, sizes & layer composition. Kodak cameras actually became more available to common folks, not always necessitating studio pix. People also liked individual folder protection of the pix and suitability for gifts at the time. **PLEASE SEE PICTURES.** Shipped USPS. Thanks for looking.
