Reads above the drawing "George C. Kennedy, Patent Attorney". Bottom right corner stamped F. Lint, Waterloo, Iowa. Measures 10.0 x 8.0. A most interesting looking conveyance possibly mining related with the steel wheels and could be an original Patent Drawing of this what-ever-it-is. Great display piece well suited for framing.
